Ms. Forgione has a diverse and extensive background in corporate development and finance. Her experience as both an entrepreneur and corporate executive allow Ms. Forgione to approach corporate development and finance from an innovative yet structurally sound perspective. Ms. Forgione's deep experience in financing, contracts, and project development in the renewable energy industry includes successful commercial deployments in: Biomass, Biofuels, Clean Coal Technologies, Geothermal, Solar, Wind, Synthetic Fuels and IGCC projects.

Ms. Forgione's expertise includes complex development and financing structures necessary to bring renewable energy projects to fruition. This expertise encompasses the spectrum, of development, permitting, technology evaluation, EPC contracting, and relevant offtake agreements.
Ms. Forgione completed her education through the New York State University in Buffalo, where she was one of the first graduates in the nation to receive a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Policy. She went on to serve as corporate executive for North Coast Associates, a prominent environmental consulting and engineering company where she was responsible for evaluating new technologies and devising sound business applications for such. Later, Ms. Forgione served as the principal and owner of Bio Medical Waste, Inc. which was built into the largest Medical Waste processing company in upstate New York, and was sold to Bio Med a NASDAQ listed company after two years of growth.
Ms. Forgione has consulted for a variety of large environmental companies throughout the United States and Canada where she analyzed and coordinated strategic mergers, acquisitions and the financing to completed business transactions which ranged in size from 20 Million USD to 400 Million USD and included prominent companies such as Waste Management, Foss Environmental, Burlington Industries, and Union Pacific.
